Due to the nature of our business and the fact that we supply people, we know only too well that our clients quite rightly will have concerns regarding HR issues, especially in a day and age where TUPE transfer is becoming more common.
At Protec FM we understand our clients concerns with such issues and that is why we pay for the expertise of a professional HR service on hand at all times to discuss anything of concern. This keeps us, and our clients, on the right path every step of the way.
We have a fully documented TUPE Process Policy which explains in detail how we deal with this situation. We are a company with an open door policy and as such encourage employees to come and discuss any issue with us. Sometimes when we are transferring employees to our company, they can be worried about change. This is understandable, they see us as a new boss and perhaps don’t know what to expect. We are quick to reassure all new employees they need have no concerns, we treat our people well and reward hard work.
